The handmade Falu-red oak ‘Embla’ stool is inspired by a traditional stool used when milking cows. Today’s version, designed by All Matters Studio in Sweden, is entirely made by hand in Sweden according to traditional methods by skilled craftsmen. All materials are sourced in close proximity to the carpentry. The Embla stool is available in oak, Falu-red oak and elm.
