General Terms & Conditions for TypeO Shop

Prices

All prices are in Euro (€ ) and includes VAT.

Payment

Payment can be made by debit or credit cards linked to Visa or MasterCard. Please note that the delivery recipient’s name and address must match the card / account holder’s name and address.TypeO does not charge additional fees for card payments. We use the security standard developed by Visa and MasterCard for payments over the Internet. Data is transferred using secure SSL encryption, this means that no unauthorized person can see your card details.

If you are under 18, you must have parental permission to order from TypeO. Any attempt at fraud will be prosecuted. TypeO reserves the right to cancel a purchase if fraud is suspected.

Invoices

TypeO does not currently send goods against invoice to private parties.

Security & Cookies

TypeO complies with general terms and conditions stipulated by GDPR.

Returns

You have the right to return your purchase within 14 days. The 14 days starts on the date of arrival. If you like to return your purchase, the merchandise must be in as new condition, meaning unused and undamaged and packed in its original packaging.

TypeO is not responsible for any damage during the return shipment, so please make sure that the merchandise is carefully wrapped and packed.

Also note that vintage pieces, unique object and custom orders cannot be returned. Any sale of such items found on TypeO is final.

Refunds

We will refund you within 5–10 business days after receiving your undamaged goods.

Defective Products

If you have received a product that has a defect from its manufacturing process, TypeO will replace it with a new one of the same kind at no cost. If said product is out of stock, we will give you the option to cancel your order and receive a full refund or agree to estimated new shipping date.

Transport Damage

Check the goods for any damage upon arrival. Goods with visible external shipping damage should be claimed from us. Please ask the driver/delivery person to note the damage on the bill of lading, as this is required along with your receipt for any claims of damage. Hidden defects / transport damages after opening the package must be communicated to TypeO no later than three days after delivery.

For any damage from transport, please contact TypeO at hello@typeo.se and include clear pictures of the damaged goods and packaging. Please include the order number and your contact details for swift communication.

General Terms & Conditions for TypeO Loft

By booking a stay at TypeO Loft you and your party agree to the following terms:

Bookings and cancellations

TypeO loft can only be booked and paid in advance through our website. If you for some reason will not be able to make it to TypeO Loft as planned, please notify us as soon as possible. 

For a full refund: Please cancel your booking no later than 14 days prior to your arrival date. To cancel, please contact us at hello@typeo.se. 

For a 50% refund: Please cancel your booking no later than seven days prior to your arrival date. To cancel, please contact us at hello@typeo.se.

If you cancel your booking six days or less, prior to your arrival date, you will, unfortunately, forfeit the full amount

If we have to cancel your booking

Whilst we hope that this will never happen, if we need to cancel your booking for an unforeseen reason, you will be refunded in full.

Parking your car

We have outside parking available guests on the property. Please park your car at the far end of the driveway, just below the stairs leading to TypeO Loft. Your car is parked at your own risk. If you need space for a second car, we will find you a spot.

If anything breaks

Please tell us about any damage you cause during your stay, so that we can repair or replace anything needed. Accidents happen, and we don’t usually charge for them. If we feel that it is a question of carelessness, we reserve the right to charge you for damages.

Wifi

Even though we encourage you to take the opportunity to disconnect from the internet during your stay at TypeO Loft, we provide access to high-speed internet free of charge. Please use it only for surfing, emails, light streaming etc. Access to illegal activity or use of our network for illegal activity is prohibited. We do not accept responsibility for the performance of our wifi and internet access, which is beyond our control. 

Checking in and checking out

Check-in time is at 15:00. Please give us a heads-up for late check-in by emailing to hello@typeo.se or calling or texting us at +46 709 95 59 47.

Check-out time is at 10:00. Late check-outs can be arranged. TypeO Loft reserves the right to decline requests for late check-out, as we might need to get the room ready for the next guests.

Leaving TypeO Loft

Please do the dishes and put away china, cutlery and utensils where you found them. Close all windows, switch off heat/ac, lights and appliances. Have a look around to make sure that you don’t forget anything. Lock the front door and leave the key.

Children

TypeO Loft is not suitable for children under the age of 16.

Accessibility

TypeO Loft is located on the second floor and requires ability to climb one flight of stairs.

Pets

Pets are not allowed at TypeO Loft.

Liability

We do not accept any liability for damage, loss or injury to you, or any member of your party, or any of your vehicles or possessions.

Lost property

Any lost property, if discovered and found, will be held for a period of at least 1 month. We are happy to post lost items via recorded delivery at your own cost.

Missing items

We reserve the right to charge for items missing from TypeO Loft after your stay.

Smoking

Smoking is strictly forbidden inside, but allowed outside on the premises. We kindly ask you to take care of your cigarette butts and not throw them on the ground. Please ask us for an ashtray if you are a smoker.

Food allergies and dietary restrictions

Provisions for a continental breakfast for two days will be stocked in the TypeO Loft upon your arrival, so that you can prepare it at your own convenience. For longer stays, we will refill as needed. The breakfast provided contains dairy, gluten, nuts etc. If you have specific dietary requirements, we ask that you bring your own provisions. 

Method of payment

Pre-payment for the full amount by credit card at the time of reservation.

We reserve the right to change our terms and conditions without notice. Existing bookings will remain unaffected by such changes.
