Most Swedish homes follow a familiar script – entrance hall, kitchen, living room, bedrooms. Ateljé Södersvik tears up that plan. Built almost entirely of wood by architects Anders Johansson and Anja Thedenius, the 200-square-metre structure is a single vast space where family life and work unfold side by side. “I often liken the house to a theatre, where you can stage different scenarios”, says Thedenius.
