For unique pieces or made-to-order items, lead times are specified on each product page. These items are shipped within three to five working days after completion. For international orders, especially those outside the EU, shipping costs are calculated individually. Please contact us before placing your order to receive a custom shipping quote.
If you’re ordering from outside the EU, VAT is excluded from the price. Your country may charge import duties, VAT or handling fees when the order arrives – these are your responsibility.
Changed your mind? No problem – you have 14 days to cancel your order and return the product. Just make sure it’s unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. If the returned item is damaged, used or not properly packaged, we reserve the right to reduce your refund or decline it altogether.
Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty or sent in error. You must arrange and pay for the return delivery directly with a carrier of your choice and keep proof of postage until we confirm receipt. Please email us at orders@typeo.se before sending anything back.
Note that unique pieces, and pieces made to order or on sale-items, as stated in the product information is excluded from the right to returns, refunds or withdrawal.
We follow Swedish consumer protection laws, which means you have the right to complain about faulty products for up to 3 years. If something’s wrong, contact us and we’ll sort it out with a refund, replacement, or repair.
If you don’t pick up your parcel and it gets returned to us, we’ll deduct a €50 fee from your refund to cover the cost of return shipping and handling. Please note that works made to order are non-refundable and therefore not eligible for refund in cases of uncollected delivery.
Your personal data is safe with us. We only use it to process your order and never share it without good reason. Payments are handled securely, and we’re GDPR compliant.

To place an order, you must be at least 18 years old or have the approval of a parent or legal guardian. Orders are placed online and confirmed via email.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if:
• Items are out of stock
• Incorrect pricing or product information is displayed
• Fraud or unauthorised payment is suspected
All orders are considered binding once confirmed via email.
All prices are listed in Euro (€) and include 25% VAT. Shipping costs and any applicable fees will be clearly stated before you complete the purchase.

We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or customs processes but will do our best to support you if issues arise.
If a shipment is not collected and is returned to us by the delivery provider, we reserve the right to charge a fee of €50 to cover return shipping and administrative costs. This fee will be deducted from any applicable refund.
Please note that failure to collect a package does not count as exercising your right of withdrawal. To use your right of withdrawal, you must notify us directly within 14 days of receiving your order.
We offer international shipping on request. If your delivery address is outside the EU:
Shipping costs: Prices for shipping are not fixed and will be quoted individually based on your location and the size/weight of the order. Please contact us before placing your order to receive a shipping quote.
VAT: All products sold to customers outside the EU are priced and invoiced excluding VAT. You are responsible for any VAT or import tax levied by your country.
Duties & import fees: Your local customs authority may impose import duties, handling fees, or other charges. These are not included in the product or shipping price and are the responsibility of the customer.
We are not liable for any delays due to customs clearance or for costs incurred as a result of duties or import restrictions in your country.
We do not reimburse refused or uncollected international shipments.
Under Swedish distance selling regulations, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your goods.
To exercise this right, notify us in writing at orders@typeo.se within 14 days of delivery. Return the item(s) within 14 days of notifying us.
Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. If an item is returned in a damaged, used, or unsellable condition, we reserve the right to deduct a portion of the refund or refuse the refund entirely, depending on the extent of the damage. This includes items that are inadequately packaged for return shipping.
You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is faulty or sent in error. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods in acceptable condition.
Please note that unique objects, on sale-items and objects made to order do not qualify for returns, exchanges, withdrawals or refunds.
If your item is damaged or faulty, you have the right to make a complaint under Swedish consumer law for up to three years from the date of purchase.
To make a complaint:
Email orders@typeo.se with your order number and a description of the issue. Include photos if possible.
Depending on the issue, we will offer a repair, replacement or full refund. Faulty item returns are free of charge.
We respect your privacy and comply with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

We are not liable for delays or failures to fulfil our obligations caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, war, pandemics, strikes, or failure of suppliers.
We are not responsible for any indirect or consequential losses (e.g. loss of income, data, or opportunity) arising from the use of our products or website.
We strive for accuracy but cannot guarantee that all information, prices, and stock availability on our website are error-free. If errors occur, we reserve the right to correct them and cancel affected orders.
