The ‘Lahmu’ small console / stools is part of a sculptural furniture series shaped by memory, emotion and a sense of protection. Created for Wallpaper* and AHEC’s Discovered initiative and exhibited at the Design Museum in London, it reflects on personal experiences of isolation and shelter.
With its monolithic form and still presence, the two pieces carry an atmosphere of calm and strength. Named after a Mesopotamian protective deity, the console is grounded in both symbolism and material integrity.
